Internship in English, following Teaching Methods & Materials in English and Practicum in English, marks the final part of your pre-service training in the teacher education program. In this one-semester course, you will be primarily based in a secondary school to gain real-life experience in teaching, advising, and administrative work. The course provides an excellent opportunity for student teachers to learn from a number of front-line educators and to reflect on the various relationships between theory and practice (e.g., through conducting systematic observations, note-taking, engaging in professional conversations, performing multiple roles directly or indirectly related to teaching).
